1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with exe777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"), govern the entire relationship between exe777 and each Player. All three documents are incorporated by reference and form a single binding agreement.

2.2 Acceptance of this Agreement is effected by any of the following actions: completing the exe777 registration form; making a deposit; placing a wager; or continuing to access the platform after any amendment to these Terms has been notified to you.

2.3 This Agreement is made available in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all interpretations.

2.4 exe777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The exe777 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering, you expressly warrant that you meet this age requirement. exe777 enforces this requirement through CNIC-based KYC verification and reserves the right to suspend any account pending age verification at any time.

3.2 Residency & Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of exe777 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. exe777 accepts players from Pakistan. It is your responsibility to verify that online gaming is permissible under the laws applicable to you before registering or placing any wager.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an exe777 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Valid Pakistani CNIC number
• Active Pakistani mobile number (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, or Warid)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• A secure password meeting exe777's minimum security requirements

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) exe777 account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where exe777 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited. This rule applies to accounts registered from the same household device, IP address, or CNIC without exception.

3.5 Accuracy of Information

You must notify exe777 promptly of any changes to your registered contact details by updating your account information. exe777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate and current registration information. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your exe777 account credentials, including your password, one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. exe777 will never request your full password via any channel.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify exe777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your exe777 account. exe777 will take reasonable steps to investigate and address reported security incidents. However, exe777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

exe777 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. Required documents include a clear photograph or scan of your valid CNIC (both sides) and a recent selfie photograph. exe777 processes KYC submissions within 15–30 minutes during standard business hours. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by exe777 may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.4 Account Closure

You may close your exe777 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or the registered email address. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification. Any unreleased Bonus Funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

exe777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL and UBL bank transfers
• Meezan Bank transfers
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

5.2 Currency

All deposits, game wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on exe777 are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). exe777 does not apply currency conversion fees on standard PKR transactions. Any currency conversion applied by your payment provider is beyond exe777's control.

5.3 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit on exe777 is Rs 200. All deposits are credited to your exe777 Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. exe777 does not accept deposits from third parties — you may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, to prevent money laundering. exe777's target processing time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals is under five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released. exe777 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal in excess of Rs 50,000.

5.5 Transaction Limits

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotions offered by exe777 are subject to individual terms that are displayed in full at the point of activation. By activating any bonus offer, you confirm acceptance of its specific terms. The following general conditions apply to all exe777 bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any portion can be converted to withdrawable Balance
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are separate from your real-money Balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only — across all accounts associated with the same CNIC, device, household, or IP address
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods; unused Bonus Funds expire and are forfeited at the end of the stated validity period
• exe777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice

6.2 Bonus Abuse

exe777 actively monitors for bonus abuse — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonuses in a pattern designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors to claim unintended bonus credits. Any such behaviour constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in cancellation of all Bonus Funds, forfeiture of any winnings derived from those funds, and potential permanent account suspension.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games on the exe777 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, virtual sports, and instant win games — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information panel. exe777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on exe777 are governed by standard international sportsbook rules. Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, exe777's decision following review of official records shall be final and binding.

7.3 Void Bets

A wager may be declared void and the stake returned to the player's Balance in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; a technical error materially affecting the odds or outcome is confirmed; or a game result cannot be verified from official sources within a reasonable timeframe.

7.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction during any game session, all affected rounds are void and stakes are returned to the player's Balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. exe777 shall not be liable for any alleged winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the exe777 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one exe777 account under any identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal or financial information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sportsbook market to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting identified software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors — whether in games or odds — to generate profit
• Using the exe777 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed in connection with exe777 activity
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to conceal your identity or location
• Engaging in any conduct intended to harass, threaten, or harm exe777 staff, other players, or the platform itself

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Commitment

exe777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools as standard account features, not optional add-ons. These tools are accessible at all times from Account Settings.

9.2 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a minimum 7-day cooling-off period
• Loss Limits — Maximum loss thresholds per day or per week that automatically pause wagering activity when reached
• Session Time Reminders — Configurable alerts after 30, 45, or 60 minutes of continuous play
• Reality Checks — Periodic on-screen summaries of net gaming activity during a session
• Self-Exclusion — Voluntary account suspension for defined periods from 24 hours to 6 months, or permanent closure upon request

9.3 Self-Exclusion Procedure

A Player wishing to self-exclude may do so by: accessing Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion; contacting exe777 live chat support with a request for immediate exclusion; or emailing the registered support address. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. During a self-exclusion period, exe777 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from opening a new account; however, exe777 cannot guarantee detection in all cases and Players must cooperate by refraining from attempting to circumvent the exclusion.

9.4 Age Verification

exe777 enforces its 21+ age requirement through mandatory CNIC verification at the KYC stage. Any player who has not yet completed KYC is subject to withdrawal restrictions. Players who falsely represent their age to gain access to the platform commit a serious breach of these Terms and applicable law.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership

All content on the exe777 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, user interface design, and the exe777 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of exe777 or its licensed third-party game providers. All rights are reserved.

10.2 Limited Licence to Players

exe777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any exe777 content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform software; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or use any exe777 branding in any context without prior written authorisation.

10.3 Third-Party Game Content

Casino game titles available on exe777 are provided under licence from third-party game studios. These studios retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games. exe777 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content displayed on the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

exe777 targets a platform uptime of 99.94% but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond exe777's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. exe777 shall not be liable for any loss, missed wager opportunity, or inconvenience arising from planned or unplanned platform downtime.

11.2 Indirect Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, exe777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if exe777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Cap on Liability

exe777's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that participation on the exe777 platform is undertaken voluntarily and at your own risk. exe777 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gaming activity conducted within the rules and limits of the platform.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your exe777 account, game outcome, payment, or these Terms, you should follow the process below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise the issue with the exe777 support team via live chat or support email. The majority of issues are resolved at this stage within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, submit a formal written complaint with full supporting details. exe777 will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding international arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and the entire relationship between exe777 and its Players shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the arbitration process described above for resolution of any disputes arising under this Agreement.

12.3 Finality of Game Outcomes

Game outcomes, sportsbook settlements, and wager resolutions are final once confirmed by the exe777 system, subject only to the dispute process described in Section 12.1. exe777's gaming logs and transaction records shall constitute the primary evidence in any dispute and shall be accorded significant weight in any resolution proceedings.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 exe777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, payment terms, or wagering rules — exe777 will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days via the registered email address and an in-platform notification banner.

13.2 Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates reflecting changes in applicable regulatory guidance — may be made without advance notice and take effect upon publication.

13.3 The version of these Terms currently published at exe777.org/terms-conditions governs your use of the platform. The effective date at the top of the document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13.4 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the exe777 platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 4.4. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
